1. No Return Policy  

- We do not accept returns for any reason, including size issues, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.  

- Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final and cannot be returned.  

 

2. Exchange Policy  

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. Therefore, we offer a limited exchange option under the following conditions:  

- You can request an exchange only in case of a size issue.  

- The exchange request must be made within 2 hours of receiving the product.  

- The product must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.  

- Any visible signs of wear, damage, or alterations will void the exchange eligibility.  

- The exchange is subject to size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will notify you of alternative options or store credit.  

 

3. Shipping Costs

- The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process.  

- This includes the cost of returning the product and reshipping the new size.  

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.  

 

4. How to Request an Exchange 

- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within 2 hours of receiving the product.  

- Provide your  order number, product details, and the reason for the exchange.  

- Once we confirm the exchange eligibility, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product.  

 

5. Additional Notes

- Exchanges are allowed only once per order.  

- Products purchased during a sale or promotional event may not be eligible for exchange unless explicitly stated.  

- Custom or limited-edition products are  not eligible  for exchange.
