3. Orders & Payments

  • Payments must be made online using secure payment gateways available at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

  • Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping charges: ₹170 for shoes (free for orders above ₹5999) and free shipping on t-shirts.

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Once an order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
